We keep it simple.
All services are charged automatically through our mobile app, Scout for Pet Owners, as a weekly bill the Tuesday after services are completed. You don’t have to lift a finger. We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and ACH payments.
No credit card, payment processing, or hidden fees are passed through to you. What you see is what you’re charged.
Other Services & Fees
Meet Your Sitter - $20
You may request a 30-minute meeting with your assigned Super Friend before services begin. This is not required. Your initial Meet and Greet is free!
Key/Lockbox exchange - $20
If you would like to exchange keys or receive a new lockbox, this fee applies. The proper time to arrange home access and set up a lockbox is during the initial Meet and Greet, at no cost.
Late Cancellation - 100%
Of the service rate, if you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment start time.
Holidays - $10/appointment
We are available for all services during the holidays. This fee applies to all major holidays.
Last-Minute Scheduling - $10/appointment
If you schedule within 72 hours of the appointment start time.
Mileage fee - $10
If you are located 10+ miles outside of 92506, mileage rates may apply.
